The Gaffer Girls, a crew of adventurous women from Corning, NY, made their mark running overnight relay races—sleeping in vans, running on grit, laughter, and too much coffee. Now, they’re swapping sneakers for swim caps to take on Krossin’ Keuka, a family fundraising event where 200 swimmers cross .67 miles of Keuka’s waters.
Early Saturday morning, they’ll gather at Keuka College’s Point Neamo, ferry across to Willow Point, and dive in. As they hit the water, the Gaffer Girls become the Gaffer Gills, ready to make waves for a great cause!
